People with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) can and want to work. They should have good jobs in the community for fair pay. We want to help them reach this goal.

Courses
We have courses to help people get ready for work. Self-advocates can learn on their own, at their own pace. Families and staff can use partner guides to learn together. Transition teachers and employment programs can use instructor guides. They provide a full year of of instruction. We call this program the Virtual Job Coach.
